Madpackers Manali provides a clean and comfortable stay with great amenities, including daily cleaning, comfortable beds, and reliable wifi. The location offers stunning views from the balcony and is safe for solo female travelers. The hosts, Minal and Kuldeep, make guests feel at home and provide a welcoming atmosphere. My stay at Madpackers was incredible! We felt right at home here, thanks to the super friendly staff who were always ready to help us. The design of the hostel really promotes social interaction, making it easy for solo travelers like me to make friends. Even after we checked out, the staff continued to be helpful, allowing us to leave our bags and use the facilities. The view from the hostel is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff's knowledge of the area made it easy for us to plan activities and future travels. The hostel also had a great community feel, making it a perfect place to meet fellow travelers. I highly recommend Madpackers to any backpackers or groups of friends traveling through.

The accommodation offered complementary guided hikes and riverside walks, which were great ways to explore the natural surroundings and see the scenic views. the location of the hotel was unbeatable, situated right by the mountains with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The hospitality was also commendable, with friendly and attentive staff that went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable.
The food options were limited as they only served vegetarian dishes, it would have been great if they offered some egg dishes, at least. Another issue was that the service from some of the staff was inconsistent, with one employee being particularly impolite and unhelpful.

Spending my Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience! The complementary hot water dispenser was a life-saver during the cold nights. The location was great, with easy access to nearby meadows and riverside walks. The view of the mountains was incredibly peaceful and created a relaxing atmosphere. Another advantage was meeting solo travellers and engaging with friendly staff who were always ready to help.
I would have preferred to have more variety, such as the inclusion of egg options. , the hotel was so comfortable and welcoming, that it was difficult to leave!

The hotel has beautiful mountain views, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming environment to make new friends. Guests can also enjoy the cozy common room, garden, and bonfire area. The hot water dispenser and warmed beds are convenient for cold weather.
There are no lockers for securing belongings and some areas of the hotel, like the toilets, could benefit from improved cleaning.
